Polygon Wood Cemetery
This small cemetery is on the opposite side of the road to Polygon Wood. The headstones are in a random pattern indicating that it was used as a battlefield cemetery. It is surrounded by houses and farmland. There is a tiny carpark, for 2 or 3 vehicles. In Belgium the roads are typically very narrow with deep drains close to either side. There are no road verges and often nowhere to park if one wants to visit a cemetery.
