Somme France - Inside Pozieres British Cemetery

This is the view inside Pozieres British Cemetery. As with all CWG cemeteries on the Western Front, it is meticulously maintained with manicured lawns and gardens. Upon entering this cemetery, one is struck by the large number of Australian gravestones (708 out of 2756) denoted by the rising sun crest.
